You have owned full-cycle accounting, you understand how the numbers really flow through a business, and you have been through at least one ERP implementation or migration (even as the finance stakeholder rather than the person configuring it). You are ready to turn that hard-won operator's knowledge into a consulting practice and we will teach you Odoo along the way.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Lead and DoFinancial Discovery & Process MappingConduct deep-dive sessions with client finance teams to understand their current accounting workflows, reporting requirements, and pain points.Map manual accounting processes to automated ERP workflows, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.Perform detailed financial gap analysis and recommend Odoo-based solutions for complex fiscal requirements.ERP Accounting Implementation & ConfigurationLead the configuration of the Odoo Accounting module, including Chart of Accounts, Taxes, Fiscal Positions, and Journal structures.Oversee the migration of financial data, including opening balances, accounts payable/receivable, and other transactions, ensuring 100% data accuracy.Set up automated
