JOB DESCRIPTION

The Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general housekeeping cleaning services at an assigned commercial building.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned
- Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors
- Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins
- Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins
- Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups
- Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep/mop all hard floors
- Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required)
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible




- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies

QUALIFICATIONS

- Valid, up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Police Check required
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Adaptable, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Minimum of one (1) years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- This position requires a high level of physical exertion
- Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required
