In collaboration with the Director of Finance, the Finance Manager plays a vital role in fiscal planning and financial reporting for LOFT Community Services. You will manage budget preparations and support program leaders to ensure compliance with funding requirements and non-profit accounting standards. Team supervision and training will also be critical components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead budget preparation and financial performance oversight • Collaborate with program leaders on strategic financial insights • Prepare financial statements and conduct variance analyses • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and funding standards • Provide mentoring to financial analysts and program management

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business • Skilled designation (CMA, CGA, CA) preferred or in progress • 2 years of supervisory experience in financial management • Strong proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting • Experience with ERP and accounting software
