The position is hybrid (2–3 days per week) from any of our BGIS office locations in Ottawa, Markham or Montreal.SummaryAs Workplace Strategist, Integration, you will consult with clients and organizations to ensure coordination of communications, connections, direction and outcome. You will act as the connector, identify key opportunities and correlations, and ensure necessary links and adjustments are made. You will work closely with client organizations to develop and deliver solutions that integrate all work streams in workplace fit‑up and transformation, including early consultation, interior design, furniture procurement, relocation, sustainable decommissioning and change‑management programs.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide full involvement with recruiting talent and mentor coaching team members.Recommend compensation adjustments and manage all aspects of performance.Act as primary contact and project lead for medium to large mandates, directing and reviewing work of other team members.Integrate workstreams and collaborate with client
