WCLC is seeking a skilled Computer Operator for the Video Lottery Division in Saskatoon. This role requires a minimum of two years of computer-related experience and strong analytical skills. You will monitor server status, maintain operator files, and conduct system integrity testing while also handling customer calls in a rotational shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze VLT program server status
• Maintain service dispatch system for VLTs
• Ensure network stability and address problems
• Produce revenue and game data reports
• Provide customer service coverage and manage call volumes
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of computer-related experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of computer security processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Availability for rotational shifts within a 24/7 schedule
