Play a key role in supporting CAF members as a Department Associate at CFMWS in Ontario. Provide essential retail services and ensure customer satisfaction within a dedicated community.
You will be responsible for setting up departments and ensuring shelves are stocked and faced. Additionally, manage customer complaints and provide technical guidance on products. This role is integral to fostering a supportive workplace for members of the Canadian Armed Forces and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in department setup and product presentation
• Manage cash transactions through Point of Sale systems
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Restock products and assist with orders
• Maintain cleanliness of food service and customer areas
Requirements:
• Retail experience with a focus on convenience operations
