and safety performanceCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioningDevelop execution strategies and governance plans aligned with project objectivesOversee contractor performance, procurement activities, and commercial agreementsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing change effectivelyEngage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory and operational groupsProvide project updates, recommendations, and performance reporting to senior leadershipRequirements:Hold a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Alberta and/or British ColumbiaBring 10+ years of project management experience in oil and gas or energy infrastructureDemonstrate experience leading major facilities projects through the full project lifecycleShow robust knowledge of project development, FEED, execution, commissioning, and handoverLead large multidisciplinary teams in complex stakeholder environmentsApply expertise in commercial contracting, procurement, and project controlsUse scheduling and project management tools such as Primavera or equivalent platformsCommunicate effectively with executives, technical teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
