You will oversee cost control across multiple mandates while leading a team of professionals, directly contributing to impactful projects for our clients and the communities we serve.Your ImpactAs a Cost ControllerManage budgets and forecasts to ensure the financial health of projectsAnalyze variances and recommend corrective actions to optimize performanceApply Earned Value Management EVM principles to support decision-makingEnsure rigorous tracking of project performance in collaboration with stakeholdersManage changes and their financial impacts throughout the project lifecycleEnsure compliance with processes, policies and contractual requirementsAs a Team LeadLead, engage and develop a cost control teamAllocate resources across projectsEnsure the quality of deliverablesReview and approve outputsParticipate in recruitmentPromote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellenceThe Skills That Set You ApartUniversity degree, bachelor's in engineering, finance,
