You will be responsible for maintaining Process Plant equipment to ensure safe,
efficient and continuous operation with minimal disruption as a result of mechanical failure at Red Lake Operations. This role is to recruit for an existing vacancy.The roster will be 7 days on and 7 days off (12 hours) and is a local residential role.We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this role is $110,000 to$140,000 CAD.Key result areas will include:Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain process equipmentAlign, level, and install machine sections components and drives ensuring safe lifting procedures Inspect, troubleshoot and maintain various types of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsLay out, assemble and install piping, fitting, valves and hoses associated with various inflows and outflowsthroughout the plant Lubricate equipmentComplete inspection reports, daily journals, equipment logs and technical reportsMaintain workplace in neat and orderly conditionWork in conjunction with the Maintenance Planning Coordinator when it comes to preventative maintenance issues and specialized or capital workWork in a healthy work environment with full support, cooperation and commitment to satisfy our operation's goal of being accident-freeComply with federal and provincial acts and regulations, and legal requirements.Adhere to all relevant corporate policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned.About youAs a Millwright, you will have a successful completion of a post-secondary institution in an mechanical-related program or have acquired qualifications of the trade by progressively advancing through an apprenticeship program in order to become certified.
You must possess a valid Journeyman Millwright Interprovincial to be eligible for the role.It is also important that you have/can demonstrate:Minimum 3 years trades experience in a heavy industrial fieldSolid understanding of the site's inflows and outflows of air, water, solutions, reagents, slurry, and effluentStrong knowledge of the plant's process equipment (e.G., crushers, conveyors, grinding mills, filter, pumps, thickeners, agitators, cyclones, etc)Sound ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, parameters and specificationsComprehensive knowledge of different lubricants and their uses as they pertain to process equipmentExtensive experience using lifting procedures with a variety of hoists and cranesSolid comprehension and ability to read technical drawingsCompetent ability to work with hydraulicsWell-developed ability to comprehend and interpret operations manualsGood working knowledge of computerized maintenance systemFamiliar with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Mines and Mining PlantsExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesStrong attention to detail.At Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation is in our DNA.
