Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices."ResponsibilitiesCoordinate assignment of client service staff to client engagements based on availability, billable targets, skill sets, and project requirementsMaintain real-time visibility of staffing pipelines, engagement schedules, and future resource needsMaintain accurate resource data in professional services automation (PSA) or project management systemsUpdate and manage skills inventories, certifications, and practice-specific capability databasesServe as a centralized point of contact for staffing requests from engagement managers and partnersFlag resource conflicts, overallocations, and underutilization, and recommend viable staffing solutionsAssist in forecasting demand and capacity across practices and service linesMonitor and report on staff utilization, billability, and workload distribution to support staffing decisions and operational planningEnsure teams accurately track time and align with firm standards for timekeeping and billingCommunicate changes in project timelines, staffing shifts, and employee availabilityCollaborate with Human Capital and Talent teams on onboarding schedules, skill updates, and staffing readiness for new hiresSupport continuous improvement of staffing processes, tools,
