As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage daily operations within Youth Unlimited YFC, requiring excellence and a servant-hearted approach. Your organizational skills will be essential in administrative tasks, including editing promotional materials, coordinating volunteers, and maintaining accurate records. Successful candidates will engage with internal teams and community partners to foster meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide reception and serve as the first point of contact • Offer general administrative support and manage communications • Edit and prepare fundraising materials for donor engagement • Oversee shipping and receiving of office materials • Maintain records, filing systems, and mailing lists

Requirements: • Fully aligned with Youth Unlimited's mission • High school diploma or equivalent • Solid interpersonal and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check required
