FORWARD DEPLOYED ENGINEER | AI PRODUCT & CUSTOMER LEAD Ontario, Canada | Customer-facing | Early-stage startup A people-first product leader who turns complex customer workflows into exact, testable requirements for AI agents and automation. About Agent Aech Agent Aech helps organizations deploy governed AI agents that connect existing software platforms, improve recurring workflows, and create smarter reporting across fragmented data. We are a four-person company without separate sales, customer experience, product, or implementation teams. This person will work directly with all of us, and Ontario-based customers to shape solutions and help build the way we sell, deliver, and grow. The role The Productivity Architect will be embedded in customer organizations, leading discovery with executives, operators, technical teams, and frontline users. You will understand how work currently gets done, identify where AI and automation can improve it, and translate those findings into clear solution requirements. You will then use the Agent Aech platform—supported by AI—to configure, build, test, and refine the agents and workflows that address those requirements. This is a hands-on solution-building role, not a handoff to an engineering team. You will own the customer solution from discovery through deployment and iteration. Agent Aech’s engineering team will support you and develop new platform features when a customer need cannot be addressed using the platform’s existing capabilities. The role combines the relationship skills of a trusted advisor, the requirements discipline of an experienced software product manager, and the practical ability to build AI-powered solutions. You must be comfortable facilitating in a boardroom,

examining operational details, and turning that understanding into working agents and automations that deliver measurable value. Define and build solutions · Convert customer needs into solution requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. · Define users, triggers, inputs, outputs, business rules, permissions, integrations, data needs, and human review points. · Document happy paths, edge cases, exceptions, failure handling, escalation paths, and success measures. · Use the Agent Aech platform and AI tools to configure, build, test, and refine customer agents and workflows. · Lead customer playback and validation sessions, resolving ambiguity before deployment. · Escalate platform gaps to engineering and collaborate on new features without handing off ownership of the customer solution. Deliver, adopt, and expand · Guide onboarding, pilot design, rollout, training, adoption, and feedback. · Validate solution behaviour against acceptance criteria and real-world workflows. · Identify privacy, security, governance, and human-oversight requirements. · Spend meaningful time onsite with Ontario customers and represent Agent Aech credibly. · Support consultative sales, demonstrations, proposals, solution scoping, and
