Toromont Cat is seeking a Technical Training Instructor to identify training needs for Cat customers and staff, then schedule, develop and present courses. This role includes travel to customer sites or branches across Eastern Canada to ensure ongoing workforce development. You will work independently and with a team to keep service staff up to date on safe, productive repairs, drawing on five-plus years of Caterpillar experience and strong communication to deliver high-quality instruction.
