Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, Canada, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across Dominus Group’s staffing services. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. The Recruiter will draft and post job descriptions, maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role also involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, networking with potential candidates and community partners, and providing timely recruitment reports and updates to leadership. The Recruiter will work closely with internal teams to understand workforce needs and support compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

- Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess communication and relationship-building skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, time management, data tracking, and basic reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with applicant tracking systems and common recruitment tools, as well as comfort using standard office and collaboration software.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of general employment practices and the ability to support fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring processes.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or related industries, is beneficial.
- A college diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an asset, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, Canada, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving organization is required.
