Acting as the critical operational bridge between your team and senior leadership, you will drive team performance, maximize high-value player retention, and ensure the execution of top-tier, personalized client experiences.What you will do:Drive strategic VIP player retention by analyzing portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities, minimizing churn, and optimizing reinvestment strategies to maximize customer lifetime valuePartner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Support, to help shaping VIP strategy and deliver a seamless, high-quality player experienceLead the day-to-day operations and development of the VIP team, setting clear KPIs and expectations, providing regular coaching and feedback, and fostering accountability and career growthLead by example in VIP relationship management,
