Description:
Manage day-to-day operations of CAPCO’s fee-for-service childcare center, including program implementation, staffing, enrollment coordination, regulatory compliance, family communication, fiscal tracking, curriculum support, and staff supervision. The role ensures a safe, developmentally appropriate setting for children while working collaboratively with Early Childhood Development leadership, administrative teams, families, and community partners. As part of the CAPCO family, you’ll have the collaborative strength of our agency and ECD unit behind you-working closely with and receiving direct support from: ECD Director Fiscal Director Human Resources Family Services Health Services Education/Special Needs Coordination
