The firm's Financial Services group is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its highly regarded Securitization practice and contribute to a sophisticated transactional practice serving major financial institutions, investment funds, lenders, and corporate clients.ResponsibilitiesAdvise financial institutions, investment funds, lenders, and corporate clients on a broad range of securitization mattersSupport sophisticated securitization transactions, including domestic and cross-border mattersAssist with secured lending and capital markets transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related financing documentationWork directly with partners and clients on complex financial services mattersProvide practical,
