Your warm, attentive guest service and passion for mixology are worth raising a glass to.Rate of Pay: $18.40Position Type: PermanentJob Duties Include:Prepare beverage orders, including a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products available to the guests,and keep Servers informed of the availability of bar productsEnsure the bar is kept in a clean and orderly condition at all timesOrder stock, maintain inventory control, and ensure all beverages sold are accounted forEnsure compliance with provincial liquor regulationsQualificationsMinimum one year of experience working in food and beverage, preferably in a restaurant environment requiredPrevious bartending experience requiredDemonstrates knowledge and interest in wines, liquor and beerPhysically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shiftYou may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts.
