We are seeking a dedicated ECE Level 2 who brings experience, leadership, and a passion for early learning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding children through meaningful play, supporting team members, and contributing to program planning.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play based programming.

Lead small groups and support children's social-emotional development.

Collaborate with team to create engaging learning environments.

Document learning through observations and communication with families.

Ensure compliance with licensing, safety and centre policies.

Model professionalism, teamwork, and positive guidance strategies.

Qualifications

Saskatchewan ECE Level 2 certification

Experience working in licensed childcare centre

Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector

Current First Aid/CPR

Robust communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences
