creating an inclusive and engaging environmentOwn artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled learning design governance and standards, guiding the responsible adoption and scale of AI across learning experiencesOversee L&D; vendors and partners, including contracts, performance and budgetBuild strategic partnerships internally to identify learning priorities and strengthen firm capabilityDevelop learning measurement and impact reporting to demonstrate business value and support firm strategyRepresent L&D; at the senior leadership level, acting as a trusted advisor to National Human Capital (NHC), Regional Human Capital (RHC), service line leadership and firm-wide governance forumsDrive continuous improvement across L&D; operations, portfolio management, content lifecycle governance, learning technology and delivery modelsStrengthen MNP's external L&D; reputation through industry engagement, benchmarking and thought leadershipSkills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or a related discipline is an assetCanadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred10+ years of progressive leadership experience in L&D;, Human Capital or Talent Development, including 5+ years leading large teams,
