to programme, within budget and to the highest standard, while maintaining robust client relationships.This is a key role within the team, contributing to strong communication, collaboration, and a culture built on Building, Sharing, and Caring throughout project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery and management of electrical projects from tender and estimating through to completion and final account.Prepare estimates, tenders, quotations and pricing documents, including reviewing drawings, specifications and contract requirements.Understand and interpret contract designs, construction drawings and technical information.Monitor project costs, profitability, forecasting, valuations, variations and final accounts.Attend client, design and site meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.Prepare contract programmes, progress reports, contractor reports and cost/performance updates.Manage and coordinate electrical engineers, trade operatives, subcontractors and suppliers.Monitor programme, materials, labour and resources to ensure projects remain on track.Price, negotiate and agree variations and instructions with clients or their representatives.Ensure Health & Safety/CDM requirements are effectively managed and monitored throughout project delivery.Verify and authorise trade operatives' timesheets and support effective resource management.Provide leadership, mentoring and professional development for engineers and other team members.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional levels of customer care.Support the development of new clients, suppliers and business opportunities.Identify and implement improvements to project delivery, systems and customer service.Use Princebuild's bespoke systems and software including Microsoft Word,
