As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial management of our mechanical repair and assembly projects.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

The specific activities and responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

- Participate in the development of new projects and new clients;
- Contribute to the development of bidding strategies for projects;
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relations;
- Participate in risk assessments for your projects;
- Coordinate your team while providing daily coaching and support;
- Oversee coordination of all resources involved in a fabrication project: engineering, purchasing, suppliers, subcontractors;
- Monitor project costs and schedules while ensuring technical execution meets client specifications and applicable standards;
- Share your expertise with the team;
- Promote Mécanitec and its services;
- Act as a key pillar for the workshop.

Skills and Qualifications Profile

- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management;
- Demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and initiative;




- Ability to manage client relationships - upstream and downstream;
- Technical diploma in mechanical engineering;
- Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics and fabrication;
- Strong communication and listening skills;
- Ability to solve client issues innovatively and cost-effectively;
- Bilingualism is an asset (you must be able to converse in English, though full fluency is not required).
