and update applications and operating systems using SCCMMonitor endpoint compliance, security updates, and patching cyclesTroubleshoot SCCM client issues, deployment failures, and software distribution errorsMaintain device collections, packages, and application catalogsSupport hardware refreshes, new user setups, and device provisioningGenerate SCCM reports for patch compliance, asset inventory, and deployment statusWork closely with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to resolve endpoint issuesEnsure compliance with corporate security and IT policiesRequired Skills & Experience4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (Current Branch)Strong experience in OS imaging, task sequences, and Windows deploymentExperience with Windows 10/11 enterprise environmentsKnowledge of software packaging, patching, and endpoint complianceAbility to troubleshoot SCCM client and server-side issuesExperience with Active Directory and Group PolicyFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting is a solid assetUnderstanding of ITIL-based service deliveryNice to HaveExperience with Microsoft Intune / Co-ManagementExperience in enterprise or healthcare environmentsExposure to Azure AD and endpoint security toolsTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
