Due to the continued success and growth of our Toronto office we are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be working with a range of leading startups to enterprise technology companies.

This is an extremely diverse role and requires a recruitment professional who can work within a rapid-paced environment while ensuring exceptional candidate care is always maintained. You will be working within a high performing team focused on talent acquisition, recruitment consulting and supporting healthcare and medical workforces.

Responsibilities

- Source, network with and connect with technology professionals




- Consult with candidates and advise on recruitment processes and the healthcare and digital health sectors
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Screening CVs and identifying a perfect match for specific roles.
- Business Development

Essential Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years experience in a corporate environment
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities
