In the context of the energy transition and the modernization of existing assets, our projects span the full lifecycle of facilities, from preliminary studies to commissioning.Type of position RegularSenior Hydropower EngineerTo support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Hydropower Engineer who will act as a technical lead on large‐scale hydroelectric plant rehabilitation projects. Supported by experienced multidisciplinary teams, you will play a decisive role in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering activities. In this role, you will ensure technical consistency across projects, the quality of deliverables, and the integration of various disciplines, while maintaining alignment between client requirements and project objectives.Define scope, deliverables, effort, and schedules in collaboration with project teamsLead multidisciplinary teams across the full lifecycle of hydroelectric plant rehabilitation projectsProvide technical leadership in one or more key areas: turbine‐generator units (TGU), electrical equipment/auxiliary services, control and protectionMentor discipline leads and ensure the quality of deliverablesEnsure cross‐disciplinary coordinationPlan and supervise site activities, including equipment installation and commissioningMonitor budgets, schedules, and technical commitmentsParticipate in pre‐project studies, feasibility analyses, and assessment of existing assetsCollaborate closely with manufacturers, suppliers,
