and equipment clean and orderly; Report potential safety hazards; Perform cleaning duties as directed; Follow food safe guidelines while preparing and cooking food products; Assist with training of current staff during shift; All other duties as assigned.The IndividualThe ideal candidate will have the following background:Experience in a similar role or environment is required; Possesses strong customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to takeinitiative; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to workin a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Ability to worka flexible schedule with evening and weekend shifts.CertificationsFood Safe Certified is requiredHigh school diploma is considered an asset.Please note that this position is based on the event schedule in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
