The Driver Segments team’s mission is to continuously identify, build, and optimize sustainable growth levers for key driver segments. Our team is heavily cross-functional across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Data Science. This role will be focused on building and maintaining core products and tools that make Lyft the preferred platform for drivers.One key product is Women+ Connect, which matches women and non-binary riders and drivers. This role will focus on monitoring key metrics, driving product adoption, and optimizing the experience for our customers which are both riders and drivers.As a key team member on the Driver Segments team, you’ll own various work streams, analyses, modeling, strategy, and business metrics that drive the growth of the Lyft ecosystem at scale. You’ll be a strong leader of cross-functional teams by synthesizing input and perspectives from various key stakeholders. We are looking for analytical talent to provide insights and actionable recommendations that will drive impact and produce quality business decisions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop frameworks and deliver analyses to guide decision-making and prioritization across Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Data ScienceUncover current areas of opportunity to grow key segments of Lyft drivers such as new drivers, and women+ driversManage, build, and automate models and reporting to provide cross functional teams with actionable insights on volume, efficiency, and driver experienceUtilize data and analyses to influence business strategy and product roadmapsDesign and analyze online experiments; communicate results andact on launch decisionsPresent findings, recommendations, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersExperience5+ years experience in management consulting,
