We focus on excellence and are committed to support and develop our teams!SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESLead a team of aircraft maintenance engineers (give them proper instructions, distribute and balance the workload, inspect the work performed, reinforce the application of safety standards,
comply with company policies and ensure proper discipline of the team); Ensure timely completion of all maintenance projects as needed; Perform the paperwork required in ordering all necessary parts and take the necessary steps to ensure delivery of parts on time; Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving, assuming hands‑on role as necessary; Complete all logbookentries, work orders and crew Passovers; Ensure the airworthiness of all aircraft maintained by Skyservice FBO; Flexible work schedule (day, nights, and evenings); Assume all duties ofthe Coordinator in his absence; Other duties as assigned by the Manager.Schedule: 5/5/4QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREDValid Transport Canada M2 and/or M1; Knowledge of MCM andpaperwork system; Ability to supervisea crew of maintenance employees; Confident team player with demonstrated leadership capability; Ability to work under pressure and possess excellent organizational skills.EDUCATIONCompleted Aircraft Engineer College Program.BenefitsOur perks and perks include but are not limited to:Competitive pay ratesAircraft type training endorsement incentivesCompany paid aircraft type training on a variety of business jetsRelocation allowanceCompetitive group health benefits coverage for you and your eligible dependants, including health, vision and dental planEmployee assistant programGroup retirement savings plan with company matching contributionPaid time off including sick days and personal daysEmployee Referral ProgramContinuing Education ProgramService AwardsSkyservice is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all interested parties.
