The team is looking to add an additional Power Apps Developer to support providing tools and technologies for Commercial Banking. The Power Apps Developer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting secure, scalable business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform within a financial services environment. This role focuses on automating and digitizing business processes while ensuring adherence to platform performance best practices as well as risk, security, and governance standards typical of a highly controlled organization.Team StructureThe team consists of around 7 people. There is a high degree of collaboration with the supported business teams and end users and some collaboration within the team, but the work is primarily independent.Role ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven) aligned to business and regulatory requirementsDevelop and support Power Automate workflows with appropriate controls, exception handling, and loggingDesign and manage Dataverse data models, including relationships, business rules, validations, and security rolesIntegrate solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Excel and OutlookApply role based access control (RBAC), data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and environment strategiesEnsure solutions comply with security, privacy, audit, and risk requirementsParticipate in requirements gathering, solution design, and reviews with business stakeholdersDocument solution designs, data models, controls,



and support artifacts for audit and operational readinessSupport application lifecycle management (ALM) using managed solutions, deployment pipelines, and environment promotionsProvide production support, troubleshooting, and controlled enhancements to existing applicationsMust Have Skills5+ years of experience delivering business solutions with Microsoft Power PlatformStrong, recent, hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and DataverseProficiency in Power Fx and experience designing complex forms, validations, and logicExperience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and data sourcesSolid understanding of security concepts, including role based access, least privilege, and data protectionExperience working within regulated, enterprise, or financial services environmentsAbility to balance speed of delivery with control, stability, and compliance requirementsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and transparent communication with business and technical stakeholdersNice to Have SkillsExperience with Project Management concepts, both in waterfall and agile environmentsUnderstanding of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery modelsExperience supporting apps used by front office, operations, or risk/compliance teamsPower Platform certifications (PL 100, PL 200, or PL 400)Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentInterviews2 rounds, first with the HM then with the team, with a possibility of a 3rd round including a technical assessment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
