About the RoleCharlotte Products Ltd. is a proudly Canadian, family‑owned formulator and manufacturer of high‑performance cleaning and sanitation solutions, operating since 1986.The Production Associate is responsible for the line packaging of liquid chemical products, ensuring accurate fill rate and correct packaging components.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking in the staging area or on a production line packaging liquid chemical products, ensuring accurate fill rate and correct packaging componentsLine set‑up and general cleaning of production areaReporting quality issues to a supervisorEnsuring all production line checks are completedRecording work orders (packaging materials, labour quality checks)Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and assigned work areaWorking effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiencyFollowing all standard operating proceduresFollowing all safety guidelines and proceduresEnsuring equipment is operated according to the manufacturer’s instructionsOther duties as assignedWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in a factory or production environment is an assetGeneral knowledge of health and safety best practices in a factory, production, or warehouse environmentAttention to detail and a focus on accuracyAbility to work efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity goalsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to work in a physically demanding role (lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for six to seven hours, bending, crouching, climbing, reaching, etc.)Job Details & What We OfferLocation:Peterborough, OntarioShift:Monday to Friday:
