Business Analyst – Spanish SpokenLocation: 150 King Street, 26th floor or 2201 Eglinton Ave East Ecosystem 4. Manager is adaptable.Work arrangement: Hybrid – 2-3 days in office Tuesdays and Thursdays preferredScheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pmTypical Day in RoleWorking sessions with business, technology, and operations SMEs to understand and document system/process flowsManage the deliverables to meet target timelinesManage agile delivery board for tracking deliverablesAssemble PowerPoint slides for executive and peer presentationDesign stimulation exercises for resiliency activitiesIdentify process assistance gaps and collaborate with SMEs for enhancement optionsCollaborate with developers, architects, operation managers, and business product owners/managers to come up with solutionsCandidate Requirements / Must-Have Skills8+ years of experience as a BA within FI3+ years of experience within
