Job DescriptionThe Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) supports staff in the South-West 6 Integrated Rural Health Network by delivering education to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and efficient system flow. Working under the Acute Care Program Manager and collaborating with leaders, the CNE assesses learning needs, plans and evaluates educational programs, and applies adult learning principles. The role provides leadership, real-time clinical support, and expert guidance to nursing staff, promotes evidence-based practice, and fosters continuous professional development and a supportive learning environment across all shifts.ExperienceExperience in teaching adults, facilitation skills, and leading group activitiesAbility to establish and maintain effective interpersonal skillsRequires experience in planning, program design, implementation,
