Maintain strict confidentiality while meeting turnaround times and quality standards.Number of Positions2Main DutiesTranscribe verbatim court proceedings, hearings, depositions and other legal recordings using stenotype or transcription software.Transcribe medical dictations, operative reports, discharge summaries and other clinical audio into accurate, formatted documents.Proofread, edit and format transcripts to ensure correct grammar, punctuation, time-stamping and adherence to style guidelines.Manage, organize and maintain audio files, exhibits and related digital records and indices.Communicate with legal or medical professionals to clarify terminology, resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information.Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and perform quality assurance checks to meet deadlines and accuracy targets.RequirementsPostsecondary certificate, diploma or equivalent training in court reporting,
