Reporting to the Senior Manager of Cyber & IT, Project Manager, Information Services is responsible for leading the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex information and technology projects across the organization. This role works closely with the leads of the Information Technology (IT), Information Security (IS), and Information Management (IM) groups, and partners with Procurement and external partners to ensure projects are delivered in scope and on budget while achieving defined business outcomes. The Project Manager provides leadership across the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, implementation, transition, and closeout. This role also contributes substantially to continuous improvement of project delivery practices, including project governance and consultant oversight. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Define project deliverables, success criteria, and implementation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders. Oversee Statements of Work (SOWs), deliverables, milestones, service levels, and contractual obligations. Monitor project performance, progress, and overall project health using established reporting and governance processes. Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committee updates, and key decision-making sessions. Manage project issues, assumptions, decisions, dependencies, and escalation processes.
