Fraserway RV is Canada’s largest coast-to-coast RV dealership network and the trusted source for everything RV. We’re looking for a Parts Specialist to join our Abbotsford, BC team. This role is all about precision, expertise, and teamwork, making sure our Service Departments across Canada have the right OEM parts, at the right time, so customers can stay on the road without delay.

What You’ll Do

As a Parts Specialist , you’ll be the go‑to expert in sourcing, ordering, and tracking OEM and specialty parts. You’ll work closely with manufacturers, distributors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and world‑class service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively sourcing and ordering parts directly from OEMs and approved vendors
- Confirming availability, pricing, and compatibility using manuals, databases, and reference tools
- Entering and tracking orders in the system, keeping service teams updated every step of the way
- Managing back‑orders, substitutions, and discontinued items to keep projects moving
- Preparing accurate quotes for customers and service staff
- Building robust relationships with OEMs, vendors, and service teams to ensure timely communication and delivery
- Providing professional, courteous support to both internal teams and external partners

What You Bring

- Knowledge of RV parts and systems (mechanical,



electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Experience with OEM special‑order parts (an asset)
- Background in the RV industry or related technical field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and customer‑first mindset
- Tech‑savvy with solid computer and data entry proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
