We are seeking a versatile superintendent to oversee and coordinate small- to medium-sized commercial construction projects.

- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a superintendent position
- Be available to perform work requiring lodging from time to time (an asset)
- Demonstrate autonomy, versatility, and rigor

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate work on commercial construction sites
- Plan and monitor the progress of work
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with schedules and plans
- Control the quality of completed work
- Perform various carpentry work as needed
- Ensure good coordination among the various stakeholders on site

Employment Conditions

- Full-time and permanent position
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Salary to be discussed based on experience
