If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail or mail.Position: Head Sushi ChefWage: CAD $39.00 per hourTypes: Full time, Permanent (various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays)Working hours: 30-40 hours per weekBenefits: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation payJob Duties: Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities for sushi and other Japanese dishes; Develop menus, specialty items, and seasonal features to improve menu diversity and enhance customer satisfaction; Ensure sushi dishesmeet high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency; Estimate seafood, rice and other food requirements and assist in controlling food costs; Prepare and cook authentic Japanese dishes, specialty foods, and chefs specials; Oversee the selection, inspection, and proper handling of fish and seafood to ensure freshness and quality; Oversee the preparation of sushi rice and ensure proper texture,
