Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in the D&S; Lead-to-Award business development process • Support onboarding and mentoring of new leads • Develop tools and templates for execution strategies • Manage Risk and Opportunity Registers • Prepare milestone payment plans for programs
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business • 10-15 years in program management or military settings • Experience in training development in defense • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders • Excellent communication skills in French and English
