This role involves collaborating with data and engineering teams to train AI systems based on real-world accounting practices. You will evaluate outputs, translate workflows into structured tasks, and provide critical feedback while maintaining a versatile work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:



• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and domain correctness • Translate accounting workflows into structured AI training tasks • Identify gaps and reasoning errors in AI processes • Document assumptions and decision logic in writing • Provide feedback for improving AI model performance

Requirements: • 5-8 years of accounting, audit, or financial operations experience • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards • Hands-on ERP experience, CPA preferred • Comfort with complex problem-solving in accounting • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
