Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Community Health Nurse in Powell River, BC to deliver home and community-based care within an interdisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing services for clients with complex health needs, supporting transitions across care settings.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally protected care, client advocacy and collaboration with families, and requires a BC RN registration with BCCNM and a valid BC driver’s license.
