We're looking for someone who can join us on a regular part time basis (2-3 days/wk) in-clinic given the nature of our patients and the care we provide. They will support and collaborate with Dr. Tim Cook, Vivagen’s founder and Medical Director in dealing with a rapidly growing and demanding group of patients. Dr. Cook is an award-winning Internal Medicine Specialist and pioneer in longevity and integrative health, known for tackling complex medical cases and advancing health optimization across Canada.As a Physician Assistant at Vivagen Life Sciences you will deliver high-quality, client-centered care within a private primary care setting with a focus on patients dealing with chronic illness. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing and treating primary medical conditions, and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect Vivagen’s mission of extending life and enhancing well-being through innovative and integrative approaches.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Care CoordinationBuild strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, ensuring positive outcomesCoordinate care and refer to specialists as neededWrite and renew prescriptionsBook quarterly appointments and follow-up visitsClient Intake & AssessmentsConduct thorough medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluationsOrder and interpret lab tests, imaging,
