We are currently hiring relaible and detailed oriented Genral Labour for our client in Mississauga.

Job Type: Full time, Temp to permanent

Shifts: Morning (7 AM-3 PM)

Job Duties:

- Participates in the manufacturing process by handling washing station duties for 4 to 6 hours per
day, including two 30-minute breaks, no more than twice a week. This role entails standing to
wash used bowls, weighing up to 1.5 kg, and tools at a frequency of 1.5 minutes per set.
- Assists in the cleaning of various production and compounding equipment which includecompounding tanks, mixers, kettles, and miscellaneous equipment using approved cleaningagents etc.
- Cleans production room and clean rooms with approved cleaning agents to ensure safe & hygienic work environment for the production on medical devices.
- Perform cleaning activities for various pieces of equipment (e.g. trays and racks) used in the manufacturing process of medical devices.
- Supports the production and compounding of medical devices, including pre-weighing, foaming, and providing process improvement feedback.
- Participates in finished goods manufacturing in a clean room, using PPE and operating machines like printers, cutters, and sealers, while meeting daily targets.
- The role requires the wearing and using of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as a full-face or half-face mask, when cleaning specific equipment with cleaning agents.
- Transports and dispose of various chemicals and cleaning agents while wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operates various production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines in the manufacturing of medical devices.
- Maintains compliance with all health and safety standards, SDS, MSDS, and regulatory requirements.
- Complies with all Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)



regulations and other company and industry policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills by actively engaging with Team Members, Production Specialists, and the Production Supervisor to ensure clarity and coordination throughout the production process.
- Reports any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to Production Supervisor, Mechanic Technician, or delegate.
- Strictly adheres to all safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a safe work environment for all
team members.
- Follows production schedules and deadlines closely to ensure tasks are completed in a timely
manner.

Skills:

- Understands and follows Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good
Documentation Practices (GDP), safety standards, and company policies.
- Completes all tasks strictly in line with approved manufacturing procedures and processes.
- Communicates immediately with respective Team Leader/Supervisor or Manager any unexpected issues and deviations from procedure if they occur.
