A Day in the Life

- Lead day-to-day commercial roofing operations ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage crews, manpower planning, and project scheduling
- Support Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers to ensure successful project execution and resolve operational challenges
- Build strong relationships with clients, field employees, and project stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and provide leadership, coaching, and support to crews




- Ensure compliance with Flynn's safety, quality, and operational standards
- Assist with hiring, employee development, performance management, and branch growth initiatives

- Participate in project planning, forecasting, and operational meetings

Requirements

- 5+ years of direct commercial roofing experience
- Previous leadership experience as a Roofing Manager, Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial flat roofing systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects, crews, and priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
