SHARE Family & Community Services Society is seeking a Youth Outreach Worker to support high-risk youth in the Tri-Cities area. The role involves one-to-one outreach, developing case plans, and delivering counseling using family systems, solution-focused, narrative, and other approaches.

The YOW will connect clients with services and participate in community coordination with partners such as School District 43 and local authorities.
