This role reports from either the Toronto or Edmonton office.Job DescriptionAs a Consultant, you will be involved in:Preparing Technical Due Diligence Reports for lenders for all asset classes prior to Financial ClosePreparing Monthly Monitoring Reports for lenders for all asset classes through the Construction PhaseProviding advice to lenders throughout the life of the project on technical aspects, including contractual documentation,
schedule, cost, operational aspects, and riskInterfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stagesResearch related to construction market conditions in Canada, including analysis of official published dataDeveloping new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clientsKnowledge management – ensuring key information and learning from each commission is inputted into internal databases and sharedQuality control – ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO auditsEnsuring commissions are managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on timeEnsuring service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointmentQualifications2-5 years of relevant experience within constructionA recognized university degreeMembership in relevant professional organizations is a bonus (CIQS / RICS)Additional InformationThe base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $120,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
