MFM LP is looking for a proactive Shutdown Scheduler with expertise in planning and administration. You will be integral to organizing and executing shutdown plans for efficient operations. Occasional travel may be required for site support at Imperial Oil’s Kearl Lake. This position offers both employee and subcontractor status.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and integrate all work scopes into a shutdown plan
• Measure progress against preparation metrics
• Administer and coordinate shutdown work scopes
• Identify and check the critical path
• Prepare inputs for steering committee meetings
Requirements:
• 5 years of scheduling experience in turnarounds or shutdowns
• Knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 preferred
• Familiarity with CMMS-SAP is a plus
• Robust critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Power Bi or Smartsheet experience beneficial
