Accounts Payable Representative (6-Month Contract)Location: Onsite | Concord, ONSchedule: Monday-Friday, Full-TimeHours: 8:30am – 5:00pmAssignment Length: 6 MonthsPay Rate: $25 per hourWe're hiring an Accounts Payable Representative to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, maximizing purchase discounts, maintaining up to date vendor files, and resolving vendor discrepancies by working closely with suppliers and internal teams across the country.What You'll Be DoingProcess, match, and store invoices and AP documents in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and M FILESAnalyze and resolve shipment, invoice, and account discrepancies with vendors and internal staff nationwideReconcile vendor statements, credit notes, and previously posted deductionsPrepare and execute cheque runs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – from prelist through completionMaintain current vendor files and identify account variances, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel.Support Accounts Payable team operations by following all company procedures and guidelinesWhat We're Looking ForExcellent organizational, multitasking,
