Key Responsibilities: • Ensure quality standards by following work instructions • Achieve hourly production quotas effectively • Accurately document production each day • Operate various injection machines and assembly stations • Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines at all times
Requirements: • High school diploma or GED is a plus • Capability to manage physical job demands • Experience training staff in the Leader Tech’s absence • Understanding of the Kanban system and 5S • Available for night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
