Versaterm is seeking a Manager, Renewals to lead the renewals function for our growing SaaS platform serving public safety agencies in Canada. You’ll own end-to-end renewal processes, drive revenue retention, and partner with Customer Success, Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure on-time renewals and accurate pricing.
Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in renewals with at least 3 years of people leadership, experience with MSAs and enterprise renewals, and a data-driven approach to forecasting.
