As a key member of the Sales and Supply Chain Team, you will report directly to the Head of Sales. Your main responsibility will be coordinating customer service activities related to unbleached kraft pulp sales. You will also manage daily sales order routines, documentation, and shipping coordination, becoming a vital link between internal teams and your customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer service in line with company policies
• Address diverse customer requirements and define solutions
• Oversee sales order management and documentation




• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams
• Participate in projects to enhance customer service
Requirements:
• Degree in business, logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of international logistics experience
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Solid confidentiality and professionalism
• Multilingual skills are a plus
